FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
![]() Who Can Join?
Anyone between the ages of 6 through 17 (must be in Kindergarten or above) can become a Club Member for only $10 per year.
What is the Cost of Program and Services Fees?
Currently our After School Program fee is $145 per month per child.
Summer Camp Fees for 2009 will be announced March 16, 2009 when early camp registration opens. Space is limited.
What are my Payment Options?
Our Club will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover Credit Cards.
Personal checks are accepted with the proper identification.
When are Payments Due?
Registration payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your after school or camp space.
All After School Program Fees and Summer Camp Fees including field trip fees are due on or before the first day of each month.

Club members who attend the Lake Dallas Middle School and the Lake Dallas Intermediate School walk to the Club in groups. During severe weather (ie: heavy rain storms) the Club will meet Club members at the designated pickup area and transport them to the Club.
Do You Offer Anything Special for Teen Club Members?
Yes, the Club offers a "teen only" day each Saturday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. The only thing required to attend is your Club membership card. When field trips are planned members are responsible for their field trip fee and food. Please check the Club calendar or call the Club at 940-239-9309 for activity details.
Do You Offer Financial Aid?
Financial assistance consideration may be requested, however, membership is a condition prior to consideration being considered. A family requesting financial aid must complete a Financial Aid Application. All financial aid forms must be accompanied by the required supportive documents. The application is evaluated by a committee to determine what level of financial aid, if any, will be extended. All families receiving financial aid will be required to sign a financial aid agreement and volunteer hours or inkind services back to the Club. The evaluation takes from 5 - 7 days from receipt of the complete aid packet.
How do I Join?
Prospective Club Members have several options in applying to become a Club Member.
1. Stop by the Club at 303 Alamo Avenue, Lake Dallas, Texas 75065 and complete all necessary forms.
2. Download the Club Membership Application Complete the application and bring it by the Club with the associated fees, or fax the application to 940-239-9313 and call 940-239-9309 to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) over the phone.
